One of the basic tenet to gender equality come real is that people involved, directly and indirectly, in its implementation at all levels and in different companies and entities, have the necessary knowledge and skills to incorporate these values into our society and our culture.
To achieve this objective, the training becomes an essential instrument. In fact, projecting and developing equality policies always include training activities.
Annually we set a wide range of learning courses of gender equality for both professionals and individuals. These courses are adapted to the demands and social needs of each moment.
