Objectives

For our company the realization of an equality Plan is much more than a legal obligation or ethics. An equality Plan gives the possibility, to public administrations and businesses , of contribute to a dual objective:
Externally, to create a more equal society , promoting social changes to break down the still-existing gender barriers
Internally, improving your organization through positive actions that will enable, among other things, a better balanced staff, a better image, reducing absenteeism from work and improving productivity, and retain and motivate its human resources.
